I want to use the automated design feature, but it is not iterating as expected. For some files, the automation will tend to step towards an unrealistic amount of reinforcement, such as completely removing all bars at the top, or stacking a crazy amount of bars at the top. I've attached an example where the automation keeps arriving at a design with no top bars, even though the NvM DCR is clearly increasing with each step. I also attached the design constraints I am using. Does anyone have insight on this "bug"?
