Description:
I'm following through the HyperMesh optimization training and after running a shape optimization, from my understanding, i should import the .grid file generated to my original model in HyperMesh and the position of the nodes would be updated, maintaining conection with existing elements.
i tried importing the .grid file as a solver deck and drag and dropping it into my model with Load Options:Merge and Import Behavior:Merge. All that i managed to do in this way is to create new nodes on the deformed position, but not updating my model shape.
