People in the community, please ask whether Hyperstudy in this case requires a lot of training data to use GRSM.
Hi @Jack_Roland
My apologies. For that specific article, the author is demonstrating the workflow, and the number of runs the author has used, was sufficient for that set of parameters. The author was able to get reasonable predictions with that many EDEM runs.
Hope this helps.
Thanks, Jerrin Job
'A lot' is very subjective. However, I would recommend doing as many runs, as you have compute ability for. At the end, it is always advised to validate your HyperStudy result for the optimum run, with a high-fidelity simulation. If the validation error is not acceptable to you, you might want to perform additional runs.
Hi, Jerrin Job. In this case, the number of EDEM simulations is not much, so is this a correct demonstration, or is this just a demonstration of an operational process ? Thank you
Jerrin, thank you for your reply. I will try it.
