I was wondering if there was any way of extracting rotational participation factors from a SimSolid modal analysis or if there was any good way of doing it through postprocessing on the information given.

In SimSolid, direct extraction of rotational participation factors from a modal analysis is not currently provided as a built-in output. However, you can estimate them through postprocessing by examining the mode shapes and nodal displacements provided by the software. One approach is to calculate the rotational motion of a component or subassembly by tracking the relative displacements of nodes around a chosen reference point or centroid. By projecting the nodal displacements onto rotational degrees of freedom, you can approximate the contribution of each mode to rotational motion. While this requires some manual processing, it allows you to derive rotational participation factors from the mode shapes exported from SimSolid.
