I want to calculate the resistance of the surface of insulating material
Hi there,
Use the "Electric" solver. Import your geometry, declare material electrical values (resistivity, permittivity) as well as the input and output faces for the voltage. After solved, you will need to do some post-process to estimate the current flow as a function of the electric field distribution and use it in the Ohm law to calculate the equivalent resistance.
