I have a model with strains. I am interested in the strains in certain elements, but I don't want to manually check every element becuase I have to do quite some simulations. The script is suposed to take the element IDs and other info from the CSV, read the results out from the h3d file and then put this out preferably as a csv again. However I am currently working on a test script, but this script produces the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):

Please ignore the paths because these have been adjusted to protect the client. Does any body have any idea how to fix my script or how to do this in another way.
