Access Error Message on Export - Office 365

Has anyone else had problems exporting tables to Access after upgrading to Office 365? I'm getting a "Microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine" error message. Our IT department has looked all through Access for resolution but found nothing. I was just wondering if maybe there was a compatibility issue with Monarch?

What version of Monarch you are using? Even though you are using O365, Monarch still has a prerequisite of Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010. If you do not have the original installer, you should be able to download from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
