I'm the admin on our Altair One account. We use Altair Workbench, and one of my (very active) users is now in "Suspended" state. (see: https://s3.amazonaws.com/com.solidthinking.portal.public/okta_status_flow.png)
How do I get them unsuspended?

Matt, I didn't see a new ticket in our system so I have created a new ticket in your name. Ticket number CS0796822. Hopefully you will get some kind of notification emails from our systems now! Cheers, Nico
