Monarch Automation & License error

Hello,

I'm trying to automate Monarch from Microsoft Access (MS 365 Apps for enterprise) using the attached VBA example code. When I try to run the program, I get an error message that says license error (see pic). What could be causing this and how do I fix it? Thanks,

Did this ever work? Did your license just renew? Based on the error message the automation feature is not enabled for your license so you will not be able to run monarch programmatically.

Thank you. This is my first time trying this in my newer job. I did use it successfully at my prior company. What do I need to do to get this enabled? I will need to work with my IT department to get the automation feature working. Can you give me more info or refer me to the correct place for licensing details. Thank you again.

Depending on your access to AltairOne, you can see what features are enabled. If you require the HWMonarchClassicAutomation, that is something that has to be done on the Altair side. Let me see who your sales rep is and get them involved.
