How to get Altair Copilot to Work?

I have HyperWorks 2024.1 and I'm unable to use Altair Copilot (beta). I get a "Connection Error. Please check your network connection and try again."

Is this something I have to setup during installation or a setting I need to change?

Please try using the latest version (2025.1) that is using a new URL

Thanks for the confirmation.

I have not had a chance to check with 2025.1 as our company has not given direction to move forward to this version.
