Is anyone using Monarch to connect to and extract information from their ECM system? We are using OnBase but we do not want to limit ourselves to discussions with other Datawatch clients that have other types of ECM systems. Thank you.

Monarch desktop cannot connect to the Hyland OnBase repository. If anything, Hyland needs to add an option in their desktop/web application to launch Monarch desktop when a document (or documents) are selected. I know several years ago Hyland implemented the Datawatch Report Mining server (RMS) in their we client v9., which a user could select documents, select Data Mining, which in turn would display report and model in the Datawatch RMS page.
