Hypermesh Two different solids node connectivity issues

Hi I'm trying to model reinforced concrete.

The pink area is going to concrete and the yellow part is for steel.

I sketched a square and cut a hole, and then in a different component, I drew a circle.

I extruded the whole 2D sketch and made it a solid.

I meshed the yellow part in size 3.5 and the pink area average 8.

I used advanced settings and also just tried to mesh both parts in the same size but it didn't work.

I even tried the boolean feature but I can't get the nodes connected.

I would really appreciate some help

You either need to stitch the surface edges to have an equivalent mesh.

Or make sure you are using the same Element size and then equivalence.
