I am unable to get the geometry modeler to work appropriately trying to create volumes smaller than 1 micron. I am attempting to model the electrostatic interactions between the probe and sample in electrostatic force microscopy.

I made some test, indeed it is not possible to build a volume with a dimension lower than 0.01µm, what is the smallest size in your project?
