Hello, I am currently creating a FE-Model that has connected parts via screws and bolts. I am using a workflow that creates a 1D-Beam element for each screw and bolt. This 1D-Elemet gets split and a CBUSH-Element gets added. At this CBUSH-Element a RBE3-Spider connects the CBUSH with the inner surface. Here are my settings for the CBUSH.
When trying to run the simulation I get following Error Message:
*** ERROR # 99 ***
CBUSH element 108183 references incompatible PBUSH.
K2/B2, K3/B3, K5/M5/B5, and K6/M6/B6 on PBUSH must be zero for
CBUSH with no G0, CID, and blank X1, X2, and X3.
I already tried changing the CID_OPTION as there were already a few topics that discussed the same Error Message. But nothing worked. I also reviewed the orientation with the "Orientation Review" Tool, there it showed me that the Element coordinate system should be fine to use. What did I do wrong? The selected Property should be compatible and an CID is defined, right?
I would really appreciate your help on the matter.
