In HyperView, I would like to export node vs. temperature data from my transient heat transfer analysis. Instead of extracting each time step one by one, is there a way to export all of them into separate CSV files at once?

in case the number of nodes is reasonable, you can create a Measure Group of Type "Nodal Contour" for them, and then plot each as curve. Those curves can be exported to different formats, like CSV.
From the Line Chart client you can export
