How to fix the distorted element in 3D tet mesh model. I have meshed a volume with tetra mesh, the elements are shown distorted, which of the element criteria can be edited to fix this problem

or you can try to remedy on the creation
If the issue is on the surface, you may need to update cad or fix surface shell mesh
For big & complicated CAD, never make only one 3D TET mesh. Split your CAD into several sub-domains. Make 3D TET mesh for each sub-domain.
Bu this way you can identify easily where causes the distorted elements.
