In version 2024, if I created a Rectangle with the Topology/Rectangles tool, that rectangle would be added to the "current" Component collector if one already existed.
In version 2025, it now seems that even if I have an existing Component collector set to current, that if I create a rectangle using Topology/Rectangles, a new Component Collector is automatically generated, and the rectangle goes into it, thus necessitating extra steps to put it where I want it and to delete the unwanted Component Collector.
Is there some way to set it to that the Topology tools observe the current component or am I doing something wrong?
