May I ask about the issue of error when opening Motionview software

Every time I open Motionview, there is an error message and a pop-up window. What is the problem? How to solve it? But the software can run normally

Another issue is that when Motionview is coupled with Hyperstudy, this error pops up. Is it a problem with where I installed it?

Hello @Jin1 ,

did you check if this file exists in the mentioned location? If it is there (it should be) then I would suggest as a first step to try a Clean Up. You need to go to %INSTAL_DIR\Altair\2025.1\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup and run the HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat file. This will deiscard any preferences.

Since, you are not able to open MotionView directly, I am inferring that the issue in HyperStudy might be related to the same.

Hence, kindly follow the suggestions suggested by Orestis_YB as a first step.

Note: It is recommended to use HyperWorks & MotionSolve version 2025.1. Hence, request is to check the issue in the latest version & let us know if the issue persists.
