How to calculate leakage inductance in Flux for a transformer design?

I have designed a transformer model in Altair Flux and I would like to calculate its leakage inductance.

If possible, could you suggest any example/tutorial that demonstrates this workflow?Which exact mode in Flux should I use for this calculation? (2D or 3d)
