Tie Contact, can someone please let me know how to apply node to node and surface to surface tie contact in HW for nastran.

You should be able to find the proper setup for your Contact definition in the Nastran help.
Any Cards or entities you need can be found/created in the Contact Browser
You might want to look into using the AutoContact as well
