What tool should i use to make transition to of a circular shape, to a square shape?

I want to transition this arc to the square shape shown on the screen. How can I do that? I’d rather not use the “free form” tool because it randomizes the mesh too much—I’d like something more symmetrical.

This mesh is mappable, you can do the hexa mesh using below option show in the below picture

Go to Topology

select the extrude

Select the mesh

Then source mesh left side, target mesh right side and select node path in guide
