Export failing and deleting access database
Altair EmployeeI have a job that will export a report to a .MDB
I was training a new user on how to run specific reports. When they clicked "Run exports" we received an error in the export results "CreateDataSource Failed"
When I went back to my computer the export ran fine.
I created some dummy export jobs to see if monarchy would export to excel and that worked fine on the new users computer, but anytime I would export to any type of access database it would fail and delete the access database in the folder.
The user can open the access databases and edit them just fine.

My guess is user's rights. To test this, have the user go to the export location via File Explorer and see if they are able to create a new folder. If not, then security is the issue. If a folder can be created, then I would involve someone from technical support.
