Monarch 2025 failing to install SQL Server 2019 LocalDB

I am trying to install Monarch 2025 and it is currently failing to install SQL Server 2019 LocalDB. Prior to this it was failing to install Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable. I fixed this by manually installing this myself. However, I cannot find an installation of SQL Server 2019 LocalDB. What are my solutions?

Are you able to share what error message(s) you are seeing when the LocalDB install fails?
