For simplified workflows related to flexible bodies and multibody dynamics, you can use Altair Inspire. Here, you can create flexible bodies without needing to mesh your part manually and create simple to intermediate complexity multibody dynamics models.

Models can then be exported to MotionView to utilized advanced features and utilize automotive entities.

Inspire can be downloaded from the Altair Marketplace and multiple eLearning courses can be found on our Learning Hub to expand your knowledge of Inspire!

Hello Deepak,

Are you using a student version ? Which version are you using ? Is there a need to reduce the number of mesh elements ?
Flexibility in "one click" is available in Inspire/Motion as @GTT Adam mentioned. However it might not provide you accurate behavior for sheet metals.
My suggestion is to use Hypermesh to generate good mesh. You can extract a midsurface out of your sheet metal CAD component and apply a shell mesh over it. create RBE2 in Hypermesh through manual methods in there.
There might be some problem in element type assignment in Hypermesh. Make sure
1. There is a component with properties (PSHELL) and material cards (MAT1)
2. RBE2 elements are properly connected.
3. There are no free edges inside the boundary of the mesh. (You'll get free edges for a shell mesh on the boundaries).
Based on 4. export the FEM and then use it in Flexprep.
