Hi, I have disabled my antivirus and firewall, and I’ve also updated my graphics card driver. However, after installing Inspire Cast, I still can't open the software. Could you please help me fix this issue?
Hi Huyen, I am not sure, if the issue is resolved or not. But for such issues with the installation or licensing, please create Altair one ticket for Licensing and Installation team to check such issues to get quick resolution from Altair support. Or send a mail to Hwsupport@altair.com to create a ticket on your behalf and the respective team person will assist you. Thanks.
