I would like to know how do i change my measure units from "cm" to "mm"

The Measure Tool will use the current System units.
The UNITS card sets the system units, and has options for SI, CGS, MPA, and BG.
Search for UNITS in the search bar to add the UNITS card and change the System units back to SI:
