As reported by many other users before, and also for previous Inspire versions, the same error reported by others blocks loading, and I couldn't find a definitive solution anywhere.
Just to avoid going through what has been reported before, I've exhausted all researched recommendations:
- All system requirements are met (.NET, VC++ redistributables, GPU drivers).
- Clean install after uninstalling 2025.0 and deleting all Altair folders.
- Same result using both main and alternate installers.
- I also tried Inspire 2023.1 with the same result.
- The HWCleanup tool and
.altair reset didn’t help. - Disabling the
freedom plugin prevents the crash but breaks startup.
Is there a known fix for this plugin error, or a version of Inspire that launches without it?
