In version 2024.1, you can try cleaning the config files.
To do this, please close all applications and run this batch file. HyperWorks\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup\HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat
Some causes of this issue have already been identified and fixed in version 2025. It may therefore be helpful to upgrade to version 2025 or the soon-to-be-released version 2025.1.
