This is an issue with your installation / executable file, please ensure your downloaded file is not corrupted during download as per -
they are not the same.
What shall I do? Because I reinstalled it two times and the same problem still happens. Could the windows defender be? the PC is new.
@Rahul_P1 which is Next next step to achive achirvthe installation of the software?
Hi @tole5
You need to download the software again, make sure the download is not interrupted, the checksum should match, if not the installation step will not work …
Hi @Rahul_P1
I have just reinstalled it and I extruder software dont iniciate once the license is activated.
I also check the download installer and now is the same and it is correct.
What can I do?

Hi Rahul,
I have the same problems
and the software can´t be opened.
I still dont know hos to solve it, even with all your indications
This again indicates an installation issue, you may need to verify the exe and install again, product experts need to comment.
thanks for your answer @Rahul_P1 can you please give me their contacts or name them to this post?
Hi @tole5,
I see that you have installed the software multiple times, and it has not resolved the DLL issue. I would suggest a few things as follows - 1. As you have a new system/pc, there should not be an issue with the drivers. But for the safer side, check if you have any driver and GPU updates. If yes, then get those drivers and the GPU updated. 2. As you have already installed the software, please check if you have those DLLs (mentioned in the errors) present in the respective folders. Also, check if your antivirus or Windows Defender is blocking or deleting those DLLs. If yes, you can unblock those DLLs. Check if you can launch the application. If not, I would suggest uninstalling the software completely and then reinstalling the software by switching off your antivirus. So that the antivirus will not block or delete any DLLs. Let us know if it works. If the issue persists, please share your complete system configuration. For this, you can type DxDiag in the Start menu and save all information.
Hi @Chaitanya_Logade
I have updated all drivers
The DLL archives are located in their carpets
I have just reinstalled the software without antivirus and the same DLL problems. The installer checksum tutorial is correct.
Let me know something about the diagnosis. Thanks a lot
Thank you for sharing the DxDiag file. The system configuration that you have is not fully supported for Inspire applications. Please check the system requirements details.
