I am using EDEM 2025.
I am working on a project where I fill up a dumper with particles and then dump it. I am using EEPA for P-P and JKR V2 for P-G. During the unloading process only one layer of particles stick to the dumper and rest of the material leaves the dumper. I want to create more layers so more materials stick to the corners of the dumper, so it behaves more natural. I have been trying to raise the surface energy for both P-P and P-G but it is always only creating one layer of particles at the corners or the particles are two cohesive and are dragging everything with itself so there is no material left in the dumper. I feel like I might be missing something to be able to create clumps of particles sticking to the dumper. Do anyone have any advices on what to try to make particles clump up more?
