I need to set emissivity for particle and wall of the geometry. I can't find the option for this input.

We don't currently have a particle radiation model in EDEM. There are models for particle-particle and equipment-particle and particle-fluid conduction heat transfer but no radiation heat transfer. If using CFD you may be able to include radiation heat transfer from the geometry but we don't have a particle model.
It maybe possible in the API but it is likely to be quite a complex implementation
