leading zero's on dates

when exporting my file manually through Datawatch Monarch the leading zeros and included on my file, however when I run my export through Datawatch Automator the leading zeros are being dropped.  any idea on how to correct this?

Check the default date settings on the automator server.  Depending on the operating system, you can type "date format" in the windows start menu or search and it should come up similar to "Region and Language" and click on the "Formats" tab:

nope tried that it is only impacted when processing through datapump

A couple of questions:

What versions of Monarch and Automator are you using?

What option is set if you click on Home->Options->Export->Text Files under "For Delimited Text Files, Date format:"

automator 12.4    I have no idea what version of Monarch I cannot tell
