Segmentation error message appears everytime I try to use HyperMesh v2024.1

Hello! I downloaded HyperMesh a couple of months ago because I wanted to learn more about FEM analysis. However, everytime I have tried to do anything, a message appears saying that a segmentation error occurred, and the program closes itself inmediately after. I have tried importing different kinds of archives, such as .stp and .itp, with different geometries. I have tried looking for solutions on the forum and on the internet, but I have been unable to solve the problem.

Any recommendation?

For these cases of HW instability, an initial suggestion is to delete the temporary files.

You can follow the steps indicated in the “Removing HyperWorks Settings Files” section.
An you can also check the integrity of the downloaded executable, as indicated in the section "Checking the Installation Package's Integrity".
