Issue with split mesh in HyperMesh

* Why is it that when I use the Split tool with the "Aligned" option (as shown in the image 1), the diagonals of the tria elements are not in the same direction (as in Image 1)? * How can I make the edges of the tria elements align in the same direction (as in Image 2) without having to manually edit each element?
