How to detect mesh intersections with Hypermesh version 2024.1 ?

Here after an illustration picture or triangles intersection that I want to solve before going back to FEKO.

I find another issue in findings triangles issue in the model.
Let's look at the following :

It seems I cannot attach the nastran file. Shall I better post into Altair support channel ?
In the picture I have illighted triangles without a common edge.
But penetration/edge/equivalence tools do not detect the error.

How can I check for such kind of issue ?
