Description: I need to study the loads on a rotating shaft and I got radial loads but I don't know how to place the load on a specific load located on the axis of the shaft.
Product/Topic Name : hypermesh, RFORCE

Hi,
If it is centrifugal loading, you can create RFORCE and fill the required parameters like G for grid id, CID, A for rotational velocity, RACC for rotational acceleration etc.
Refer the below link for more info.

How to Use RFORCE Load with Hypermesh OptiStruct — Altair Community
Thanks…
It's not really a centrifugal loading because it doesn't depend of the radius but the load on my problem is a load oriented in the direction of the vector er of a cylindrical system. So I created the cylindrical system and I created my RFORCE but I don't know how to select the node G. Which as to be in the center of the shaft.
Thanks
You can create an RBE3 which connect the shaft nodes and you can get the dependent node as the CG/center of the shaft. Then select this node in G field of RFORCE.
