Workspaces in Automator do not usually have dependencies.Â
Dependencies are applicable to models that refers to external lookups or external models which requires a change in path when uploaded or used in Automator.

How does the Workspace know where to find and how to use the necessary data? If I run from the desktop program my Workspace is looking for four files in four particular locations. How does this translate when using a Workspace in Automator?

So is it possible to know what versions of Automator and Monarch Complete you are using? And what are the expected input file types and location (network, local, etc.)

Automator is on 13.1.0.19961
Complete 14.0.0.10978
(Automator should be caught up to the latest release shortly.)
The files are on network named paths.

Have you upgraded your Automator to 14? Because that is what happened to me when I added a workspace created in version 14 in Automator version 13.5. I tried using a workspace with the same version as my Automator and the paths appeared as I upload it.
I will look into this further....
