Error trying to uninstall Monarch Personal 13

When trying to uninstall DataWatch Monarch Personal 13, I get a "package installation error" which is as follows:

 

Error: -2147483648 has occurred in the package:

DataPrepSudioPackage_x86

Unable to extend PATH environment variable because it will exceed

limit of 2048 chars

Do you want retry?

 

My %PATH% environment is large but probably about 50 characters under 2048 (I'm in Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1).  Anyone have any ideas how to get this uninstall to complete?

 

I also can't figure out why the uninstall procedure is trying to extend the PATH environment.

Hello,

 

Good day! Do you have admin privileges for uninstalling the product? I believe the resolution would be to edit the PATH environment field temporarily. There could be a path in your system that triggers this error message. Just make sure that you have a copy of the PATH env before you make changes.
