質問の通りnewFASANTのアーカイブをダウンロードしたく。
Feko2025をインストールしたところnewFASANTおよびWinProp等が
グレーアウトしており、使用できるようにしたく。
また、今後も今回のようにFekoと一緒にインストールされない仕様に
なっていくのでしょうか。

As most of the functionalities of newFASANT are added into Feko, the plan is to phase out newFASANT (there won't be anymore newFASANT and you should be able to use Feko for what you are trying to do in newFASANT).
WRAP will always be available as a separate installation file but you need to install Feko first. To get the WRAP installation file, please reach out to the Altair sales/support person supporting your organization.
