I'm using Monarch 10.5, and starting a couple of months ago, if I'm I try to change/add the file for an External Lookup, Monarch never connects to the file. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is it an excel spreadsheet or access database? Maybe double check that the file is not open or in use elsewhere?
