I have installed Datawatch Monarch Desktop v13.2.0.16464 in my 32 bit Win 7 system. I am able to install successfully. But if I try to save any dashboard, then I am getting an error "Method failed with unexpected error code 3". Could you please help me to resolve this error.

If it's a dashboard, then I guess what you have is Datawatch Panopticon - it was originally called Panopticon, then it was called Designer, then it was called Desktop, now it's called Panopticon again, I think. I'm afraid that I'm not expert in this - but it sounds like a permissions issue that technical support should be able to resolve.
