Not able to save any dashboard and getting error "Method failed with unexpected error code 3"

Hi All,

 

I have installed Datawatch Monarch Desktop v13.2.0.16464 in my 32 bit Win 7 system. I am able to install successfully. But if I try to save any dashboard, then I am getting an error "Method failed with unexpected error code 3". Could you please help me to resolve this error.
