Students License Problem

Hi Altair Teams,

When i reinstall my window, I have reinstalled the Altair Inspired.
But move the the step of activating licence.

I have this error.

"This license was already activated using a different HostIDs"
Can you help me fix that problem. If necessary i want you deactived my license.
