Not able to run/import model in hyperview.

Description: I have a student version of altair and i have installed hypermesh and hyperview separately. i can smoothly import .fem model in hypermesh and run my results to obtain op2. but i am not able to import .fem or .op2 in hyperview to see results. when i asked other colleague to import their official licensed version, it worked perfectly fine. So i don't understand where i made the mistake while installing solver package. Please help me. Please.

    I believe the student edition only supports h3d results
