How to import files from Altair® Silicon Debug Tools™ to Altair FEKO

I want to connect an RF chain made in Altair® Silicon Debug Tools™ to an antenna in FEKO.

Hi @Divyanshu ,
To answer your question from the Feko point of view, you can add a general non-radiating network using either network parameter matrices (S parameters through touchstone files), or by importing a direct component-based network from a SPICE file. Further details about this can be found in the Loads and Non-Radiating Networks section.
Unfortunately, I do not have insight on the Silicon Debug Tool, so maybe someone else will comment on the reverse approach.

Hi @Divyanshu, Altair® Silicon Debug Tools™ is used for debugging and exploration of semiconductor designs. Feko can export only geometries and meshes. Hence a reverse approach from Feko to it is not currently possible.

ok so if I am doing transistor level simulation and making a circuit and want to connect it to a model I created in FEKO, what should I do?

In that case you should see if you can export the S parameters of your circuit or the spice file and use one of them the define the network in the Feko model.
