Request for Reset of "FEKO 2020 for Electromagnetic Simulation Fundamental Examination" Attempts

Dear Altair Community Team,

I would like to kindly request a reset of my FEKO Certification quiz attempts. I was unable to meet the required grade after three tries, and as a result, I am currently unable to proceed with the remaining quizzes.

I would truly appreciate it if the reset could be done by 14th April 2025, as I am committed to completing the certification. This will be the last time I make such a request, and I thank you sincerely for your understanding and support.

Hi Aisyah,

Which certification are you referring to and what name are you using olearn.altair.com? We tried looking in the Feko 2020 for Electromagnetic Simulation Fundamental Examination (https://learn.altair.com/course/view.php?id=610) but we do not see you enrolled.
