    The full result should also include an ethernet adapter local area connection listing, whose physical address is the right address.

    Check if your ethernet cards are enabled,


    The basic Idea is to identify a physical address that will always be active,
    Try the below -
    Press the 'Windows' and 'R' keys together to open the run window.
    Type 'Devmgmt.msc' in Run and click 'OK' to open the Device Manager.
    Click the arrow next to 'Network adapters.' This will expand all network devices installed on the computer.
    Right-click the LAN adapter and click 'Enable.'

     

    also try and contact your manufacturer support to see if the computer has an ethernet card and how to access its ID
