Issue when I running in Inspire Cast

I've set up and run a simulation, and it progresses normally up to 99.24%. From the castrun.out file, I can see that the software continues to output results, but it always remains at 99.24%.
The simulation took about 4 hours to reach 99.24%, but it has now been stuck at that percentage for over 3 hours without finishing the filling process. I also tried running the simulation on a different machine, and the same issue occurred during the solidification stage.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve or troubleshoot this issue?
