Request to reset my Quiz for FEKO Certificate.

Hi, I already answer the quiz For FEKO Certificate but i didnt achieve the required grade after 3 attempts so they disable all the next quiz for me. Can I request to reset my answer so that i can repeat the quiz so that I manage to get the certificate?
