I downloaded Simlab2025 and nanofluid(CFD solver 2025).

Then, the warning message [nanoFluid solver environment is not configured] is displayed when checking data, so cfd doesn't start.

what should i do to solve this warning?

Are you attempting to launch directly from SimLab (right click Results and select Update)?

Are you working on Windows? Or Linux?

When installing SimLab (maybe specific to Windows) you need to have the Additionals .zip file in that directory as well so the solvers are installed.

    Do you see this directory?

    C:\Program Files\Altair\2025\SimLab\bin\win64\solvers\nanoFluidX

    Thank you for your help.

I installed the additional zip file, and tried again.

But the new warning message is shown.

Nothing is written on the log file.

Yes, directly from Simlab on Windows.

and still, then there seems to be another warning as above.

If you can locate the working directory - you should have files something like this:

Can you share a snapshot of your running directory? If there is a DrivetrainOiling.log file - please attach that.
