Co-simulation between Matlab Simulink and Altair Flux 2D

Hi everyone, i have a problem in co-simulation with matlab.
I am running a simulation based on Case 4 in the "example_flux_activate" section, titled "Co-simulation with multiphysics position kinematics", but I encountered an error: "Unable to connect correctly sliding surface", along with several other errors shown in the image below. Could you please advise me on how to fix this issue? It runs for about 2–3 minutes before this error occurs.
